Solar Powered Electric

Georgia Power has installed a hybrid pulse metering system, the first of its kind in residential, that allows all of the solar energy to be placed immediately on the grid. Cadmus has secured an agreement with GP to buy back all of the "green" solar energy from the homeowner.

The home receives electricity from the GP grid in a conventional manner from the second pulse meter.

* Although Cadmus Construction, LLC has designed, engineered and constructed Weatherford Place homes to meet a goal of net-zero energy, man-made demands and behavior will effect household usage and energy consumption relative to nature's variable supply of resources and collection capabilities of the systems. Therefore, Cadmus Construction cannot warrant or guarantee, neither expressed nor implied, that the goal of net-zero energy will be attained or provide positive energy credit or cash flow to the homeowner.
